You will need to check your security preferences within your browsers software. Each browser is different. For Internet Explorer, you must be on a secured site to check the encryption. The settings are typically found under the File, Preference option on your toolbar. For Netscape Navigator, select Options form your toolbar and then Security Preferences, Next, click the Configure button next to SSL v2 and SSL v3. For Netscape Communicator, select the Security Icon and then click on Navigator. Next, click the Configure SSL v2 and SSL v3.

For specific details please consult your individual product disclosures you previously received upon opening your account(s) with the credit union.

Can I change my ID to something easier to remember?

  2. Choose "Management" from the drop down menu at the top right of your screen and click "Go".
  3. Choose " Change Personal ID"(Alias)
  4. Enter your new ID in the space provided then click "Submit New ID".
  5. You will then get a message that your Alias for your ID has been activated. Your original ID will remain your primary ID but you will be able to key in your Alias ID as well.

Please keep both ID's in a safe secure place. Your original ID will need to be stored for future reference.

Can I change my PIN?

When I print my account transaction history, I find it is too wide for the printed page. What can I do?

The width of the statement form slightly exceeds the default margin in Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator (which generally default to 0.75 inches for both the left and right margins). If you alter the left and right margins to 0.25 inches this should allow the account history to fit to a single page.

When I attempt to log-in to TCC Online it states that my account is currently locked. Why?

This occurs when an ID or PIN is entered incorrectly three consecutive times, which causes your account to be locked. If you have forgotten your TCC Online ID or PIN, call the credit union office so that we may unlock your account and reset your PIN. This will enable you to log on and change your PIN to one that is easier to remember. TCC Credit Union representatives do not know your PIN number. If you forget your PIN, TCC Credit Union will have to reset your PIN so you can log on and change it again! Also, the ID # that you are issued in the beginning will never change. Please keep your ID # in a secure location for your access as needed.
