Welcome to TCC Online Service(s)! Before accessing the service for the first time, federal law requires that we provide important disclosures to you regarding this service. You must electronically consent to receive these disclosures and electronically agree to the terms of the TCC Online Agreement in order to access TCC Online and TCC CU Check Image Access services. Your consent to receive electronic disclosures here applies to all other disclosures and notices we provide to you in connection with TCC Online Service(s).
After you consent, you may request a free paper copy of any disclosures or notices that you have agreed to receive electronically by writing, telephoning, or e-mailing us at TCC Credit Union Online, 10103 Shoreview Dr., Dallas, TX 75238, (214) 348-8670, TCCOnline@txcathcu.com. You can also print, download and save the TCC Online Agreement and Disclosure we provide electronically for your future reference.
You may withdraw your consent to receive future electronic disclosures any time by writing to us at TCC Credit Union Online, 10103 Shoreview Dr., Dallas, TX. 75238. Your withdrawal will become effective after we have received it and have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it. If you withdraw your consent, you will no longer be eligible for TCC Online Service and we shall terminate your access. If your e-mail address or any other contact information on file with us changes, you must e-mail us your updated information at TCCOnline@txcathcu.com. Please include your name and account number when contacting us.
To access the disclosures you have agreed to receive electronically, you will need a computer with a working Internet connection and a minimum web browser version of Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.0. Your web browser must support the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) of 128 bit encryption and be capable and configured to accept cookies. Future modifications to the services may require installation of upgrades to the browser’s software. In order to retain the disclosures, you will need a printer and/or sufficient megabyte(s) of available memory on your hard drive.
This TCC Online Agreement and Disclosure (the "Agreement") is between TCC Credit Union and each member who has applied for, been approved for, and enrolled in our TCC Online and TCC CU Check Image Access services, or any person authorized by the member to use the member’s TCC Online service(s), and sets forth the terms governing the provisions of Internet credit union services to you. The words "you" and "your" mean those who submit a TCC Online Application via the Internet, and any person authorized by an applicant to use the applicant’s TCC Online Service(s). The words "TCC Online" or "TCC Online Service(s) mean the electronic services offered via the internet by TCC CU and being applied for by the member for access, ie TCC Online and TCC CU Check Image Access. The words "we", "us" "our", and "Credit Union" mean TCC Credit Union and any agent, independent contractor, designee, or assignee that we may, in our sole discretion, involve in the provision of online services, including but not limited to Jack Henry & Associates, Incorporated and/or Southwest Corporate Federal Credit Union. Other definitions may appear within the text of this Agreement. The terms "designated account(s)" and "account(s)" mean your accounts that you designate on your application form for TCC Online access.
By completing the TCC Online Application form via the Internet, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time. This Agreement describes your and our rights, responsibilities and obligations with respect to TCC Online service(s), and supplements the electronic funds transfer agreements and disclosures that you received previously when opening your TCC Credit Union depository account and/or when contracting for other types of electronic funds transfer access for those accounts.
Eligibility
To be eligible for TCC Online Service(s), you must be the primary owner of at least one personal account with us. If you request additional accounts to be added to your online access, you must have full signing authority on those accounts. We will assign to you an online member identification number and give you instructions to activate your personal identification number ("PIN"), which you must use to access TCC Online. We may require you to change your PIN from time to time for security purposes. You should keep your member ID number and PIN in a secure location. They should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded or saved on a computer or other online system. Any person having access to your TCC Online member ID number and PIN will be able to access your account and perform all transactions, including reviewing your account information and making transfers between your accounts at TCC Credit Union.
Linking Your Accounts
You can use TCC Online to access as many of your accounts with us as you designate on your Application/Enrollment form.
Access
TCC Online Service(s) are generally accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for reasonable periods from time to time for system maintenance. We are not liable under this Agreement for failure to provide access due to a system failure or due to other unforeseen acts.
Disclaimer of Liability
Neither we nor any of our subsidiaries or information providers are liable to you for any computer virus that may be attributable to the services provided in connection with TCC Online service(s). We will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in any way out of the installation, use or maintenance of your equipment, your software, or the TCC Online Service. Except where the law specifically requires that we be held liable. You agree to be bound by and to comply with any requirements in any user’s guides, instructional manual, or other instructions which we may provide to you in connection with the Services.

At the present time, you may use TCC Online to:
Updating of Accounts
Your account records are updated at the close of each business day to reflect credits and debits that are posted to your account that day. Therefore, when you use TCC Online to access your designated account, your account balance may not reflect deposits and/or withdrawals that have been made since your account records were last updated.
Limitations
For security purposes, we may from time to time establish limits on the dollar amount of electronic funds transfers you may make each day that are different from those set forth below. These limits may vary according to the manner in which such transfers are made. If we make a change which results in stricter limits on the dollar amount set forth below or any other change about which, by law, we are required to give you notice, we will provide you with a written notice of the stricter limits or other change. Your Rights and Responsibilities
Note to Business Account Holders: The following disclosures are provided pursuant to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Federal Reserve Board Regulation E. The Act and Regulation do not apply to Business Accounts. For Business Account holders, these disclosures are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to expand the scope or coverage of the Act or Regulation. You agree that the following disclosures addressing our liability, and any limitation upon your liability for unauthorized transfers shall not apply to electronic fund transfers when made to or from a Business Account. Subject to any amendment we may make from time to time, all other provisions appearing in your Electronic Fund Transfers Disclosures apply to Electronic Fund Transfers in connection with your Business Accounts with the exception that the time limitations imposed for the investigation of errors about electronic transfers, and disclosures regarding pre-authorized transfers do not apply.
Business Days
For purposes of this Agreement, our business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays are not included.
Documentation
Liability for Failure to Make Transfers
If we do not complete a transfer to or from your designated account(s) on time, or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses and damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will NOT be liable, for instance:
In addition, if such failure is not intentional and results from a bona fide error, notwithstanding procedures to avoid such error, our liability shall be limited to the actual losses or damages proved.
In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Electronic Transfers
Telephone us at (214) 348-8670, or write to us at the address shown below as soon as you can, if you think your statement is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement:
TCC CREDIT UNIONWe must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within ten (10) business days.
We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your Account within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account.
For errors involving new accounts, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question, and we may take up to 20 business days to credit your Account for the amount you think is in error.
We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make:
Notices
All notices from us will be effective when we have mailed or delivered them to your last known physical or e-mail address in our records. Notices from you will be effective when received by us at the address specified in this Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions upon which the TCC Online service(s) is offered. We will mail a notice to you at least twenty-one (21) days before the effective date of any change when required by law to do so. Use of TCC Online service(s)is subject to existing regulations covering your designated accounts and any future changes to those regulations.
Enforcement
In the event that we bring a legal action to enforce this Agreement, or collect amounts owing as a result of any account transaction, you agree to pay any reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs that we may incur, including fees on any appeal, subject to any limits under applicable law.
Termination of TCC Online Services
You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of TCC Online Service(s) via the Internet if:
Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.
